The Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) was an army corps of British Empire forces that was original formed in Australian and New Zealand in the First World War. During the Second World War the ANZAC was again used in the battle for Greece. Then the units participated in the defence of Crete against the German invasion.
